1. Why do you have password-protected areas on our website?
Our professional governing body requires that we have a veterinary client relationship with individuals before communicating certain information to them. These are the areas that require you to enter your client password.
2. What are your hours of operation?
Our regular business hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-8pm, Friday 8am-6pm, and Saturday 8:30am-4:30pm. We are currently closed on Sunday.
3. What do I do in the case of an after hours emergency when your clinic isn’t open?

4. Where is your clinic located?
We are conveniently located at #206-2083 Alma Street in vancouver BC. This is at the corner of 4th and Alma. We provide service to the Kitsilano, Dunbar and West side Vancouver communities.
5. How do I get my password?
If you are a client of our clinic, you may create your client password by clicking on the "contact us" link on our website. Then click on "online registration form". This will generate an email to our hospital. We will confirm your registration and then you will have access to the photogallery on our site by entering your email address and password. Click on "photo gallery", then click on "pet pages" to get to the login screen.
